WEDNESDAY: Cooler temperatures and rain chances will be more widespread today. Some of the storms could be strong on the southeast Plains. Hail, gusty wind, lightning and locally heavy rain will be possible. Highs will only manage the 60s to around 70 for most, with even cooler numbers in the mountains.
