REO Speedwagon grabbed their name from a high speed fire engine that is no longer in production. As of 2003 the band has had 12 different members with Neal Doughty being the only original member. Most of REO's hits came after Kevin Cronin joined the group. Be on the look out as REO Speedwagon and Pat Benatar hit the road this summer for the "Love on the Run." tour.
