What's Going On

Please HELP Meagan

ATTN: Southern Colorado

You may have heard this horrible story about Meagan, if not here it is for you now:

Meagan is a 6 year old girl that was attacked by a dog on 07/12/2010.  She has undergone two surgeries so far and will need a few more over the  next several months. She has a twin brother and two older brothers ages 8
and 9.   We have opted not to show a picture of the lovely Meagan after the attack as she still has many reconstructive surgeries ahead of her.
Meagan and her siblings attend Centennial Elementary and she will be going
into the 2nd grade this year. Meagan loves to color, play outside, read
and write stories and play with her friends. She is hoping her recent
experiences will allow her to help other people that have been hurt by
animals.

Meagan's mom has missed 3 weeks of work and will  likely miss many more weeks in the coming months.  We ask of our fine community to come together once again and help our little Meagan by donating.

Donations in cash or check only can be made at Citadel Broadcasting in care of Meagan or snail mail below:

Rock-a-holic Meeting Here!

Heart just played up in Denver and now KKFM wants to fly you away to Las Vegas to see Heart. Text Heart to 62582! Now time for a fun fact. Although sisters Ann and Nancy Wilson moved to Vancouver in 1974, Bellevue Washington claims the sisters as their own. The Wilson sisters were originally The Army then White Heart then they finally shortened their name to Heart. The girls were in a major legal battle between Mushroom records and Portrait records.
